swapping hatches

I might be swapping hatches with someone (the rear trunk for those who dont know what a rear hatch is). How difficult is this? We both have GTS, so it comes with the defroster and wiper. But what about if we have alarms and a glass breaking sensor? Would I have to disassemble those sensors?

1) Which bolts are needed to be removed in order to free the hatch from the car?
