After getting these bulbs today and installing them I am like damn what a waist of money!!! I mean I didn't expect HID's here but I did expect them both to be a bright white, especially the Osrams since on he back well on the back of the package of both bulbs they show their amount of light produced in Lumens which they show to be well over stock so I was like well hell these should be nice white and bright enough so I bought them and installed them then tonight I turned them on and I was like WTF they may be a little brighter than stock but not by much and they still have a yellow color to them but just with more white light added in!! The Osrams are pretty damn bright but still in my opinion nither set of these bulbs are worth the $70+ spent in just headlights, hell to be honest my Eurolite hyperwhite turnsignal bulbs and side markers bulbs are whiter than my headlights, plus they are extremely damn bright for the wattage they use, in fact they probably produce more light than some peoples headlights cause when I turn my blinker on people sure as hell know I am turning LMAO, bright as hell!! Anyway guys just thought I would dsave some of you newbies to the Celica like me some trouble just save for HID's and install those u will be much happier or u could steal u some like they are doing a lot of in Cali. right now but I wouldn't recommend it !!:) I hope I save some of you some money wish I had been smarter myself!!

ACtually superwhite turn signals have less output than a regular clear bulb, due to their coating. They just APPEAR brighter becuase there is more blue, which is not as soft to the eyes as yellowish light. Its like neon green versus dull yellow, the sharpness of the color.
Dont expect too much from halogen technology... its all about gas discharge now. I mean, unless they can somehow make halogen bulbs brighter without making the filaments glow hotter and blowing up, then gas discharge is the way to go. Gas discharge = HID btw.
The $70 you spend could have been saved towards HIDs man, just get HIDs. But if you cannot afford it or just cannot justify spending $300+ for headlights, then stick to hyper whites and not see things at night, or stock clear bulbs, to see things.

get some razo's, they are 90 bucks, but so worth it. i bought them at http://shop.store.yahoo.com/racinglab/gigpremwhith.html they are so bright, and when u look at them from the front, they have an HID look to them, the light put out by them is a realllly bright white, and a little blue. i love them, but i bought a real HID kit so i will be getting rid of them soon.

They are a little brighter than my stock bulbs but not by much and they certainly don't put out the light they say they will on the back so I am thinking false advertiesement here hmmmmmmmmmmmm......LOL like I said they are a little brighter but honestly my cool blue bulbs by the same company which are supposed to be lower output than the Osrams are actually brighter and they were $10 or more cheaper for each one!! I didnt expect them to be HID's either that would be stupid to expect that byut for bulbs that are $25 a piece I expected something better than stock out of it considering I could have bought the stock ones cheaper!! O and by the way I aint chaning them things again unless I get HID's cause they were a B&*ch to change the low beams!!!
