factory speakers shake doors?

umm i usually have my cd player turned up really loud, just high enough where its not distorted, and i dont have a system yet; just a kenwood head unit, and the settings have the bass turned up pretty high. whenever i have it turned up the doors shake pretty bad, along with my mirrors, and i was wondering if i was the only one with this problem or if there is a way to prevent it? (besides turning the volume down) :p
