gt-s vs gmc truck??

well my mother calls me and want to go to lunch after i get done at work. so i head home no-prob, change and then she ask me if i could drive cause her car is at my sisters. get dress leave and im in the mood to speed but not to much eheh. get on the major 2 lane road outta my neighborhood and im stuck behind mr. red neck, and his jack'd up truck. i follow him for a couple miles and no planning to do anything but pass him when the road turns into 4 lanes, nothing major. get to the part where it turns 4 lanes and we hit a red light. i look over and i can almost see his mullet cut and his truck is loud as hell. look at the passagers side wheel panel and i see a emblem that says "boss 302". the truck looks in good condition but the engine sounds very mean. well im sitting there and i see him edging up over the line. the light turns green and he slips a lil on the white line, and then as i pull even with him he gives it his all. when he gives it his all im only doing maybe 5mph. so i punch it, i look outta the corner of my eye and i see my mom's head sink back into the seat as i hit lift in first. shift to 2nd and i get so awesome grip on the road (no chrip's or anything) and the car pulls hard. get to 3rd and i hear the truck fading fast and my mom saying over and over "ahhh your way pass the speed limit." so i slow it down, look over at her with a hugh smile and i say eheheh got em eheheh. slow it down to the speed limit and he slowly starts making ground but doesnt pull up next to me. thats it... ehehe

so heres the distance from each gear.
1st he had a small jump and a half car lead.
2nd i was up by a car
3rd just as i topped out 3rd, at least 5-6 truck lenghts...

specs

my car: 2000 gt-s 6 speed trd exhaust, trd filter no bf, 2 people in the car, and my springs and struts in the rear.

his truck: 80's gmc, just driver,louds as hell, and according to the side of the truck a boss 302 engine. if i remember thats a v8 mustang engine. and it sounded like a auto, and a mullet. eheh

I raced this old looking truck at the track in the Z28 I thought for sure I was going to kill him he ran a 13.6 and put a couple of cars on me dohh that sucked.

true true, i watched a mod'd civic get eat'n and the drag strip by a dodge full size truck. man that wasnt pretty. civic hit like a low 16 the truck hit something like 14.9 and it was loud!

Do some research on the GMC Syclone '91, and the GMC typhoon '92-93. those were the fastest trucks ever made. beyond the new lightning. syclones hit low 13's stock. typhoons low 14's stock. most people dont know what they are, but they will bite your head off. man i was gonna get a typhoon for my first car. i test drove that sucker woah. mean as a mofo. as someone once explained to me, you drive it and its like. huh this truck isnt so faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast. lol gotta wait till that turbo kicks in. woah mama. lol.

i know about the syclone and the typhoon, it wasnt either one so i kinda knew i had a chance. i keep and eye out for those guy's.

Well these trucks are designed to withstand the load. Moreover the engines on these trucks are maximum efficient. Do some research on the GMC Syclone '91, and the GMC typhoon '92-93. those were the fastest trucks ever made.

just make sure u stay away from the new f350 and the dodge ram 3500 especially if they are chipped me and my friend where on his porsche boxter s and he decedide to race a chiped 3500 ram and he got owned all the way up to 130 by the truck
