My opinion, Konig is in many ways a knock-off brand but that shouldn't keep you from buying them. They don't have much in the way of their own designs, they steal the designs of others. I own a set of Konig Villians, knock-offs of the SSR Integrals I wanted but couldn't afford. We've had them for about 5 years now for my wife's 325i.
As far as quality goes, they are better than some wheels, worse than others. Don't expect BBS or SSR quality just because they look like BBS or SSR wheels. The paint had no flaws when we got them, which I cannot say about the Kosei or TR Motorsports wheels I have, or the factory Toyota ones for that matter. The big problem is they are VERY heavy. Our Villians in 17x8 weigh in at over 23 pounds each as opposed to the SSR Integrals which have nearly identical dimensions and weigh 17.8. Makes a noticeable difference when you put on that much weight.
If I had to do it over again....instead of paying $140 a wheel for the Konigs I would have saved another month or so and spent $240 a wheel on the SSRs or a bit longer than that and spent $270 on the BBS RKs. I've been pretty happy with them, they've held up well and the finish still looks good, except for where my wife curbed them, I just wish they were lighter.

Konig's are knock-offs. Cheap ones at that. I don't know, for the money you'll spend for a set of 17's with tires you can buy Racing Harts which are by far more respectable. But in the end what matters is what you like. I was going to buy SSR Competitions but they looked too much like the Volk LE37-T's...the SSR's were cheaper but still, knowing you got the cheaper version of what you really wanted...I don't know, I couldn't do it. So to solve that problem I ended up buying 18" Volk TE37's in bronze. They were a lot of money but I'm happy with them :) But like I said, just buy what you personally like.
Good luck :)
