how long is our stock tires suppose to last?? i went to go get an alignment on my car today after dropping it wit hotchkis springs and they told me that i need new tires.... i only have 12000 miles on my car and i've been rotating them every 5,000 miles.. they showed me the front tires and the center of the tire has barely any tread....

Sounds like they were a little over-inflated.

i still have the stocks on...and have 22k miles
but, their already bald:)
Same thing happened to my tires. I have 15,000 miles and I need to replace them now. This really sucks cuz I was saving up for an exhaust but now I have to buy new tires.

you have to be careful especially with the stock yokos. If you have them inflated even 2 or 3 psi over the recomended 32psi they will wear real bad in the middle.

Well, if this isn't enough testament to the importance of good tire pressure, I don't know what is.

Even if you had the tires @ the recommended pressure somehow the middle of the tire wore out quicker

I just changed tires today since the stock ones were sliding in the rain. 42,000 miles and bald as a baby's butt.
