effects of bad air filtration?

what are some of the effects of bad air filtration? say i have like the blitz SUS filter, or the weapon R, or the HKS filter. what happens when the air isnt cleaned very well? sludge build up?

for all that i know, youll just have less air coming in, your ecu will adjust the fuel and you will lose a little power.

less air from bad filtration? when filtration is bad, you get more air.. cuzz it lets everything in..

I used to have a Blitz SUS and every 2-3 months, I have to clean my MAFS sensor or else I'll have to deal with CEL. I've also noticed one time, when I had my Blitz intake, there are some black residue that will develop around ur intake manifold.

Bad airfiltration=bad to the engine

:werd: Dust and dirt deposits can form in your TB, manifold and valves. If enough dirt deposits, your car will run like shit. Get a good filter, and eliminate the chances.

You'll still get buildup of "dirt deposits"... or carbon buildup around our throttle body/intake manifold. It's from the evap system.
