Not sure if these are also available in the US but they are in Canada. Just recently Toyota dealerships began to offer new rubber winter floormats for the 2000+ Toyota Celica. My brother and sister-in-law picked me up a set for Christmas. Just wanted to say that the fit is absolutely perfect. In fact they fit better than the stock carpet floor mats. They cover the entire floor and they even have the hole for the hook so they don't slide. Sorry if this is old news but I thought I would share. Anyways I took a few pics so you can all see them for yourself.

Well here in Canada they are $100.00 + tax which I believe is like $65.00 USD or something.. you can check forsure @ www.xe.com/ucc
They are quite costly but well worth it for the fitment.. I've bought a set of universal ones from different places the last couple years for half that price and they slide all around and don't fit worth a damn so these are worth the extra money.

Weathertechs are better as they hold more liquid and are made of sturdier rubber composite. Mine are about three years old and looks brand new still. Weathertechs are also custom molded to match your interior. I have a full set of mats front, back and trunk mat. Fits like a glove. Did I mention they are cheaper than Toyota.

Actually one of the guys in our club tried the Weathertech floormats and here is what he said:
I went to Erin Park Toyota to pick up the weathertech winter mats, as suggested in an earlier post, and to my surprise I was told Toyota now has custom mats for the celica. I test fit them in a celi in their showroom and they fit perfect. They even have a hole for the hook. I tried a pair of the weathertech mats because they were only $80 + tax but they were too small.

Hmm ... That is a shame. It fits like a glove in my Camry and my friend's VW Golf. Looks like the Celica really lacks aftermarket support. :chuckles:
For those of you interested in Toyota rubber mats check out
http://toyotaguys.com/4piecfloorma.html ... They sell the Camry ones for $87 shipped. I didn't see the Celica ones listed but I am sure if you email them, they would be more than happy to do a group buy. That or give Draper a call.

I guess my only complaint about them over this winter is that the water/snow pockets are not deep enough so often the water will go over the edges when I bring in a lot of snow into the car with my boots. But besides that they are a perfect fit - and they do not slide or move like universal mats.

I need to get a set of winter floor mats. Right now I just have some cheap plastic ones laying over the celica carpeted ones. But the water doesn't have any reservors (sp) to go into...so the back of my jeans always get soaked!
