i have blitz exhaust, injen CAI, i average 26 mpg. i change geareas around 3-3.5k rpm (~325 miles per tank)

my girl has GT automatic (bone stock) and she gets 30 MPG (~400 mpg)

we do same amounts of driving, equal city/highway, so i have no idea why my mileage sucks donkey nuts

YOu may do the same AMOUNT of driving but HOW you drive also makes a difference. If you are like me a lead foot makes a big diff in mileage.

I've noticed that I'm getting terrible gas mileage (compared to the summer). I used to get like 30+ mpg, and now I'm getting like 27-28 mpg. I just cleaned the filter on my intake (17,000 miles on the filter) so I'll see if it makes a difference. So far, the bars have been dropping quicker than in the summer. I usually shift below 4000 rpm and do a combo of city and highway miles.

You should expect your mileage to drop in the winter by 5-10 %. I do not mind this on my car, but it sure hurts on my V8 truck.

winter mileage is less i beleive because they thin out the gas. i have a GT manual with trd exhaust and bodykit/17in. rims/aem cai and i get 28 winter, and 31 summer, and i redline atleast once a day

Winter = colder air = engine makes more power. That is why thay make CAI's, to get colder air. I am sure an engine making more power is probably burning more gas. Also you should check the tires psi. If the tires are low you will get lower gas milage.

if you increase the pressure of your tire bu 2-3 psi you tend to get more milage.

hmm... i average a tad over 30mpg in my GT. you should try removing your emblems and stickers to save weight. this will increase your gas mileage by about 10 mpg.
