Here's one place that sells a bunch of JDM engines. I've hear bad things about them but it's a start. You should really do a Google search for a 4G63 and see what comes up for sale. 4G63 is the engine code for the GSX and GST DSM just as 2ZZ-GE is the engine code for the engine in your Celica.

The 2nd gen DSM non-turbo models all have the EXACT same engine as the Dodge Neon from that time. Swapping I have been told is not as easy as you would think. I'm guessing there are chassis differences between the two which makes the swap a not so pleasant experience. If it were as easy as dropping a 4G63 into a GS I'm sure there would be many many RS and GS badged cars running around with 4G63 motors, but this is not the case.

correct me if im wrong..

the 2g n/a eclipse spyders have the 2.4L motor.. all the turbo models have the 4G63.. the RS and GS have the 2.0L 420a neon motor

i dont know why asking a dsm question would be better asked here then on dsm boards.. go to dsmtuners.. this question is already answered.. just do a search..

I am in the process of doing the swap at this moment. The motor fits and uses the same engine mounts. You will need the wiring harness and fuse boxs to make it easier. I just ran into the problem of getting it to run right. It idles as if it were a rotory engine, it won't rev pass 3k, I am working the bugs out day by day. Everything else fits. One more thing. The emission canisters and everthing for that will need to be removed unless you are using an aftermarket intercooler.
