Only if you don't take the necessary safeguards to avoid frying the electrical system of the car

It DEPENDS on that particular dealership. So are a-holes, and some are not.

The is a Toyota dealership near my house that sells TRD parts(springs, exhaust, etc.,) HOWEVER, they do not work on lower cars, no exception. So if you bought TRD springs for you car and wanted to bring it back for a alignment or oil change, they will not work on it.

Check with your dealership. It depends largely on the dealership. When I test-drove a GTS, I asked some questions to the car salesperson after, mainly about aftermarket parts, and they told me that anything TRD is okay, and they'll even install the parts there at the dealership.

I didn't ask him anything about speakers/amps/subs but its probably a 50/50 shot of them okay/voiding the electrical warranty. Give them a call.
