I'm Back...and Its Snowing

hey guys i'm home from Hawaii. you wouldn't believe some of the cars i saw they were amazing...

i bet hawaii was fun, i loved it when i was down there for a few weeks a couple of years ago. and yea, this snow is kinda strange. we're still planning on saturday the 12th i think, and i guess we're still going to andretti speed labs (someone please post directions if that's where we do go).

Looks like there will be a nice little mess in the morning. There is solid ice under a couple inches of snow on my driveway and my street. Maybe I'll be able to call into work in the morning. Speed Lab on the 12th is good for me. I'll need directions too though.

Our shop is closed today so I don't have to work. It sucks because I got up at 6 and got ready to go and then the secretary called and said the shop was closed. I am going to take my old Camry out in the snow and play around. Hopefully I can find a nice frozen parking lot.

I couldn't make it to work. Some one stopped at the bottom of a long hill and then no one had enough momentum to make it to the top, not even the Jeep Wrangler in front of me. I had no traction in any gear no matter what I tried. So I said f^ck it and went back home.

i managed to make it out of work today too. i got up at 8:00 and called in since my driveway is completely iced over and then just slept until like 12:30. maybe i'll go play in the snow now too :)

Ok from 400 you will need to take exit 7 if you are heading north on 400 it is exit 7B Roswell if you are heading south on 400 it is Holcomb Bridge exit 7 you will take a right off the exit (7B forces you to go right off the exit) about 2 miles down the road their will be a hooters on your left. 2 lights after you pass the hooters is Alpheretta Highway Take a right. There is a Chikfila at that intersection on your right. Andretti is about a mile on the left from there if you pass honda carland you have gone to far.

Please let me know if this is detailed enough.

The directions will work for me. Thanks Mark. A couple of my fiends took me to Hooters in Gwinnet for my birthday tonight. All but a couple of the girls there were da.mn fine! If that isn't too far everyone to drive, we should meet there sometime and have them take pics with the cars.

if you are ever wondering I am always watching just don't reply much. That if you were wondering why i don't write much. but i'm always here.


Well as you all know sense i'm only 16 my parents still pretty much control my life. So i may not be able to make it. Hopefully i will be there and show you all how to drive. What you don't realize is that i weigh less and therefor i will go faster :) haha

The directions are fine. I think around 12-1pm would be fine for me. Am I the only one that sees a sh!tload of Celicas everyday?
I saw about 10 today and half had the "looks fast" package. I use to only see 1 a week.

By the way listen to my great nite I got a virus off of Morphus and just did a format C: on my computer that sucked I used the recovery disk and now I have lost everything on my computer that did not come with it. including all of the pics that I have taken over the past month. My mom is pretty upset that I lost all of the pics from Christmas ohwell I guess I have now learned that I need a firewall and a virus scan.

I hadn't seen any Celicas for a few days, and then I saw one today. It must just be because where I live its all rednecks in pick up trucks. I have only seen like two or three with the action package ever.

hey mark...yea, i still got the cell phone holder. i bought it for $12 and didn't do anything but take it out of the package, so i'll sell it somewhere around the $8-$10 range if that sounds alright with you. i'll try to remember to bring it to the meet saturday. and yea, i have seemed to notice a bunch more celicas lately, some seem to kinda stare and my car and some don't really even notice it. also, i'm glad cuz i found out my whole new wing is on the way and i should have it in a few days. somehow wings west sent me a 1st gen one (the ones that sucked and always cracked) even though i waited an extra 4 or so months to get the new one. also, my blue gas/temp and red needle kit came in the other day so maybe sometime soon i'll get motivated and put it in.

But for real i can never wait to do somthing when its new....i would ahve those guages installed 15minutes after i recieve the package :) maybe its my age or somthing i don't know haha

Cool Cody I will bring the money on saturday. I completely understand your lack of motivation in installing those gauges lately I have been very lazy when it comes to doing stuff on my car. It took about month of looking at my grill before I put it on. I definitly would like to see those gauges on saturday though.

alright, i'll be sure to bring it mark. i would have put those gauges in a while back but never knew it would take so long for the group buy on the colored needles and gas/temp gauges to go through. also, that stuff seems like it might be a little tricky to put on but hopefully i'll figure it out. i got my strut bars in too over x-mas but haven't gotten around to getting those in either. the front should be real easy, but the back you have to do some cutting in the plastic and other stuff like that so it might take a while. i wanted to get it all done over my break but i was working every day and also hanging out with a lot of my friends that were home from college. and now i'm back in school most all day and working at nights so it might take a little longer but oh well. and that is my reason for not installing things right away for those that care or think i have tons of free time to do stuff like that.
