Ok... Large Street Racing Event (St. Road 9).. South Florida.
Why does this event last so long without cops breaking it up. Not like this is mild racing either.. we're talking.. wild burnouts, staging that stops traffic, and generally reckless driving... Cops even roll in and check it out without breaking it up.. I find it interesting.
