hey. just have a simple question for you guys. Where did you guys run your power cable through the fire wall ? this is to wire an amp. i'll be running an 8 gauge wire. thanks

i used the rubber grommet behind the battery, where the bunch of wires go through. Hope that helps

where the hood release cable runs through the driver side wheel well

Or you can go just to the right and top of the gas pedal.

That massive gromet has let me fit 5 16guage lines for alarm/starter...one 8guage power line for audio, 3 braided steel lines for nitrous (those suckers are rather thick!), and the 6 or so wires for my afc. :)

That gromet is HUGE with so much room to spare. I have overkilled it. For someone running smaller lines than me...there should be zero problems going through there...
