? downshifting on GT

at what speed is it safe to downshift into 3rd?
i did it at 50 mph,
can it be done at 60mph?
i have gt 5 speed

Yes it can be done very easily.... make sure you double clutch and rev match it though...

I also have a 5spd....

3rd tops out at 82 I think so youre well within a safe range.:)
