Bumpy Ride / Possible Exhaust Leak

I've only had my GT for about 7 months. I don't even drive the car hard. It feels like there are no shocks on the car. It feels so rough. I don't remember it always feeling that way. It's also not like I ran over speedbumps at top speed. Also, when the car is idling, I hear weird noises, like maybe there's a tiny leak from the exhaust system. It doesn't sound right. I dunno though. Any suggestions, or anything similar to your cars?

Is it cold out? If so the struts/shocks will be stiffer PLUS the roads tend to buckle a little more in the winter.

As for the exhaust. Since it's cold look under the car while it's warming up. If there is a leak you will see it.
