75 SHOT of Nitrous NOS SAFE?

on the NOS wet kit is a 75 shot ok to run. and if so what plugs should i go with ??

And also.. what would my pills be ? right now its a .0022 Fuel and a .0037 nitrous

People have done it on the celi and survived to tell the tale but i wouldnt recommend it. It also depends on how much you spend on your kit. You can get a fogger for 20 bucks but I wouldn't trust my 40 shot with that. The more money you spend the safer you are. Anyway, 75 is not safe on a stock block GTS.

just run 2 degrees colder plug and 103 octane and you'll be fine. try to have it jetted on the rich side just incase. good luck.

The more I think of it, if NOS is rated flywheel HP...that would mean a 75shot should put down around 55-60whp.

How would that be any diff than someone running an NX 50shot on their GTS? 10whp is negligible at that stage..

Most people say a 50shot NX is safe..yet that would be equivalent to atleast 65-70shot NOS??

I called NOS and they said one of their techs has a celica GTS wih the same NOS pack i do on mine and told me he would not do over a .0022 Fuel and a 0037 nitrous... he said On the Wet NOS kit the this is about a 68 Shot and 75 shot is not good less u do the timing and the inside of the engine because of the compression.. And I will tell u think a 68 shot is Doing just FINE U got yur bootle up around 1100 PSI and u are good to go... It throws my head in the back seat and anyone else that rides with me are like HOLY HELL ! 5.0 stangs. vetts. and ss cameros are no match anymore.. Most of the time i have a Friend in the Seat Rolling down the window acking like we are just rowing by ina boat... its a RUSH !

Yes that is true, that is why I am running 62 shot NX (70-75 hp at the crank). I personally think any more than that would be too risky.

nitrous express is WHP in fact they urge you to do a dyno before and after . and i had a 75 shot im my car for 8 months used it alot and finally after alot of wear and tare my motor blew but i think that was due to lack of fuel.

I would listen to what the NOS techs have to say.. I know when I called them and asked what pills to run for a 50 shot they told me 0022 Fuel and a 0037 nitrous. I thought that was plenty enough. Traction becomes more of an issue after that, you dont need more power :)

I asked NX about if they use more N2O in their shots than other companies and they said no. Their wet systems are sapost to be better tuned than other systems. I also talked to a man who has used N2O on all kinds of cars and he says NX knows things about N2O that other companies haven't been able to figure out.
