How do you change the bumper light BULBS?

Hey, i just wanted to know how to change the bumper light BULBS, not lenses. Do they pop right off, or do you have to wrestle with them a little? I want to know because im planning on getting euro clears but heard that you've got to get amber bulbs (to keep from getting pulled over). any help would be great guys, thanks

the wedge bulbs can be pulled right out.

you have to reach inside the wheelwell and kinda twist the assembly...then it comes off and you can pull the bulb out.
