No Brain?

On ebay they are selling the pioneer in dash tv with the cd player for a cheap price, but it doesn't come with a brain, where could i get the brain for them, and what is the brain for?

by the way, it's the AVX-P7000CD, anyone have a clue where they sell the brain, and would i need it to hook a PS2 up to it and subs?

lol, that thing is soooooooo stolen. Why else would that thing not have the main part? well, because it was prolly bolted down under the seat or somthing....
