The preview is only a confirmation that my $9.50 movie ticket is reserved for opening day.

Looks good. But after reading the title note:preview, I agree that Vin Diesel is needed to give that movie a complete feeling.

The 1st movie leaves you with a DUHHHHH. Wouldve been nice to know what happened to Toretto and the rest of his crew considering only 2 of them are out indefinitely from the script since 1 of them died right??? and the other was sent to the hospital which most likely results in a lengthy jailterm being caught in the act of tryin to hijack a trailer.

Anyway I shall wait to see this somewhat sham of a sequel. Tyrese fits the bill of a racer better than JaFool by the way.

It may be stupid, but it is entertaining. I don't normally go to the movies for anything real, I get enough realizm in my life. I go to the movies for entertainment, and TF&TF is entertaining. Cops won't relax and pretend that the movie never came out because I didn't go see it. I don't mattter and I like to be entertained, so I am definetly seeing the movie.

Speck102 is absolultely right.. its a movie.. despite how fake it is and how stupid or way off something maybe.. if its entertaining i'll watch it.. thats wat a movie is for.. and i odnt think the movie is about trying to portray the underground street racing scene.. it just involved it.. and it just hyped it up in the wrong way.. when FnF 2 comes out.. ill watch it.. but im not going to make it a basis on how i view cars and the street racing scene.. like a lot of people have.. just my .02

All the domestic guys on my local board are pissed because they've now smashed, according to them, the only 2 "real" cars to appear in both movies...lol.

I know I'm going to see this. The FnF 1 lines are getting boring, need something new.

I dunno - I think this move looks interesting. Take it for what it is - fictious action movie, and its a fun way to kill a couple hours. Plus even if they are e little riced out they still have some cool cars.

Thats funny, cause I was stopped by a cop right after I saw the first one, like 3 minutes from the theatre. Got 3 tickets for some stupid sh*t.. Lets see. Exhaust too loud (i beat that in court) Wrong colour signal lights (beat that too), and expired insurance slip. Heh, stupid thing was, I wasn't doing anything and got pulled over...

thats pretty crazy, if you look closely you can see Johns Mr2 Syder coming out on the far right in the garage scene... thats going to be the only neat thing for me, going to see the movie and see my boys car up there on the big screen

i honestly liked it... watched it twice... sure they say some BS lines, but why be nitpicky? leave that for high school english teachers....

there were girls, nice cars, a storyline that was follow-able (which is more than i can say about some other movies)... good way to kill an hour and a half.....

all in all..... im still not paying to watch it.... i'll just wait till the dvd comes out...then dl the divx...

I love this freakin movie. When I saw the trailer I wanted that eclipse but I got a celica instead. A silver veilside celica will be in the movie too :) I musta watched this movie about 6 times or more. Its awesome, plus I like to quote it. I am soooo going to see 2f2f opening day. i must say tryrese's car is ugly as sin, but it fits him cuz its purple

Its amazing how many people bitch about a movie with a ton of nice cars and hot chicks. "Not enough plot"... So? Its a fluff peice sure, but at least someone is putting these cars in the movies. Its better than another coming of age movie or some other ****.

I don't like it simply for the fact that as someone who participates in the scene, it's so full of rice, and nonfactual information that I just can't watch it with a straight face. I mean come on, you guys can honestly enjoy watching a movie that is all about fake NOS and 30 minute quarter mile races?

Just like the last one...only this time these cars are just f'ing UGLY. I mean come on, did you guys see what they did to that NSX? Let's get real, here....

Have any of you seen Thunderbolt with Jackie Chan? Now there's a freaking move I could actually WATCH and enjoy, because it had RX7s, GTOs, Supras, Skylines, EVOs and every Japanese sports car you've ever wanted to see, except it was ACTUALLY a good movie that makes FnF look like the crap that is.

Sure. I have watched Hackers 3 or 4 times and I love it,,,I laugh my ass off. I watched swordfish and james bond with a straight face, its the Same with F&F - its entertainment, its not supposed to be real. I mean, how much reality do you think there was in the Rambo movies to people that have been in the military? You DON'T fire a 50 caliber belt fed browning from the hip. But hey, it was still entertaining. Same deal here but its just with cars. Sure they could have done better but they didn't. So acccept it for what it is and go on.

And beyond that, how much enjoyment is there going to be in it for the audience if they go for total realism, and what happens when he sprays is his engine leans out and he slags a piston right off, or maybe spends weeks at a tuner shop tweaking and adjusting and trying to get the aftermarket **** to all work right. That would be booring as hell...

I just don't like this brand of entertainment..it's just too much BS and crap.

What I don't think you guys are getting, is the fact that this movie will have a profound effect on the industry itself. This movie will change ALOT of things...and bring more idiocy to the industry.

This isn't just a movie, this is something that will affect the industry itself.

The fact that's all pure BS with alot of WRONG information regarding simple topics like Nitrous is what I don't like. I'm not saying it's gotta be real or anything..but jeezus..at least research the material.

LoTR isn't even close to being real life..but the movies were thoroughly researched....

I am looking forward to seeing it because it was filmed in my hometown and saw some of the actual filming taking place. Plus I know a couple of guys in the movie from my hometown and they have phat cars. I'll take any car in that movie they are all badass even if its pink.
