where to get my rims put on

where do you go to get your rims put on and wheel spacers put on?

k, do u guys think its ok to tighten the lug nuts by hand or is it not enough torque?

You need to tighten them alot more than that.

I took my rims and tires to NTB, they did a good job.

No you don't. The problem with tightening by hand (I'm assuming he meant with hand tools, not literally just with a hand!) is that, without a torque wrench, you don't now when they're at spec. Having enough strength is not a problem. Most tire places that blast them on with an impact wrench are probably over-torquing them.
