ok guys ive just bout given up on converting the MDB file to mySQL..for someone like me who is cluess this is near impossible.. Also Id still have to convert the ASP to PHP.. so instead of doing this I was thinking maybe there was some nice person out there running a Windows server that would be willign to host the owners database and 1/4 mile database.. I have all the code and the database right now and I can easily have it up and running on an NT box.. can anyone PLEASE help me, keep me from going insane :)

I dont know jack squat about databases.. I dont even know how to rewrite the code in PHP.. it wold be sooooooo much easier to just leave it in ASP and host it elsewhere, but if u got better idea lemme know..
