Someone told me that Nakayama was the same thing as AEM but with no name. I guess I was misinformed.

Well yeah, but that doesn't mean that the quality is different. Thanks for clearing it up though.

:werd: If you want a good quality performance part, go with a trusted company. Like TRD, AEM, Injen, or MRD.

i was jus saying....al intakes work the same, its a pipe with a fliter on it.....on my old car and the car before that i made my own cold air intake and it worked better then any other "name brand" for that car...mayeb not better but jus as good....
rauls has been broken for a couple of months now....and it is a 14 sec celica...so i guess it doesn't really matter

that little arm does nothing... go spend 200 bucks if it makes you feel any better... i, for sure, wouldn't bother...

The support bracket on my intake recently broke as well. Mine broke because of a broken engine mount. As long as there isn't a break in the intake that is going to allow unfiltered air in, you'll be fine.
p.s. I have an Injen intake. It doesn't really matter what brand of intake you have. Aluminum will succumb to the forces of the engine over time.

JB weld, it works wonders, try sanding the broke part down some before you apply it so it sticks better
