Help! Someones scratched my car - best way to repair???

Help Guys,
Found this on my car it is a deep scratch that has dented the metal and gone through the paint down to the primer. Must have been a shopping trolley or something. Will dentwizard or someone like that be able to fix it or is it a filler and spray job??

Most likely Dent Wiz can get it out since its on a "hollow" body panel (by hollow I mean thay can access the back of it). They once told me thay can pretty much remove any small dent/crease as long as its not over a support beam.
