Celica sighting in Irvine!

Wow... I saw this debadged black Celica near UCI... was wondering if it belongs to one of you guys on this board... It looks so nice with the wingswest kit and graphics on the side... All I can say is good job... CELICA DRIVERS ARE SOOOO HOT!

Well, there are a lot of Celicas in Irvine, especially around UCI. I've seen the black debadged Celi as you talked about, and I forgot who it belongs to...but it's definitely a member of this board.

Hay how was the paint job on your car AznDoDo?? Was it done by Ikon? Does the paint match? Black car is the hardest car to match. Are you going to have your car unvailed at the Unison meet?? Wish I can be there this Saturday but gotta work, I guess I will just have to wait until next meet to see your car. Oh! I should get my front bumper back this week, my kit would finally be complete again...

Thats right!! How can I forget about Carbon Blue... Probably because it is not that often to see a Carbon blue Celica. Well black is next hardest paint to match.

mike: wassup~! yea, i'm gonna bring my car on saturday. I'm looking forward to meet some of the unison members on saturday. I know exactly what you are talking about. I can not wax my car for a month, but I can wash my car after 2 weeks with a real soft cloth and no rubbing. My front bumper is still being fixed, the body shop said they want to put 1 more layer of paint on the bumper. I saw the job they did on the bumper gotta say pretty good, with so many layer of paint it would last longer too. Too bad having multiple layer need to wait so long, gotta paint wait till it dries and paint again and repeat. Oh well, I guess my car will be ready next week.

Now here's what I thought was cool. I went to the Spectrum today...and when I came back, a debadged liquid silver Celi was parked next to me. I didn't pay much attention to the rear defogger to tell the difference.

And then on the way back some dude in a spectra blue GT and I exchanged looks at each other's cars on Culver.
