HID, TRD Air Filter, TRD Entended Exhaust, TRD Fog Lamp

hi guys, I just bought a 2003 Celica GT w/ action package on it
I am wondering how can I install blue HID? Is HID street legal?
I am also interested in installing the TRD Exhaust, air filter and fog lamps......

how can I add those options above for cheap?
shall I go to those toyota dealer to install all the above options?

There is a new supplier of after market goods for the Celica, MRD, i have an email for contacting them but that's it. They do very good pricing on a whole range of performance options.

Let them know i put you in contact as it may get me some credit towards the stealth kit they have.

Trust me and about a thousand other members on the forum when I say go with the TRD exhaust. You'll love it from the beginning. It looks really nice and simple, and sounds great. Also, an AEM cold air intake will do you a whole lot better. Not to mention, since you also have the action package (great choice :)), it will look complete with a nice set of rims and a drop.

actually I emaled like 20 TRD stocking dealer around my area..seems liek this is the cheapest one (including labor)
here's the email he sent to me:
