I wonder if any of the rest of you have this problem.
I have the RED TRD struts and springs on my car, and the rear doesnt seem to have very much travel, up and down. Ever since i got the TRD struts and springs, the rear tires lose air a lot faster than normal, and I'd have to fill up the air every week or so just to keep it from goin under 20 psi..is that how it is? or was it installed wrong? Im askin now, because in the last two weeks, my left rear tire lost so much air twice, so much that it was almost totally flat when I got home after drivin 50 miles on the freeway.

-another question, what would be the spring and strut, or coilover set up that adds performance and a VERY SMOOTH ride? i was thinkin bilstein?

well, the struts are going to cause a more stiff ride. If you want better performance, most of the time you are going to have to sacrifice ride comfort.... that's kinda the way it is.

I would take the car to a tire shop and have them remount your tires. The suspension shouldn't cause your tires to loose air.

I'm with lunchbox, the suspension shouldn't cause the tires to lose that much air. TRD is the mildest aftermarket suspension out there so if you're looking for a smoother ride going back to stock is the only other option.

IMO- if you're loosing air like that, I bet you have a very small puncture in the tire with a very slow leak. I had that experience before. your struts and springs should not cause that and if it did it would occur on both rear tires.

Only on one rear tire tho...and when i fill the tire up with air again, it lasts for like..3 or 4 days. A leak can leak that slow?

absolutely...tire can def leak that slow. Thats why most pple w/ flats didn't realize they were going flat allready...at least thats been my expererience.
