hi I have a question. I bought 17 inch by 7 inch rims and have 225/40 zr

Ok a few things. I believe the Nittos you are talking about are the 450's. Those tires are not that good to begin with. If you like Nitto's get the 555's. If you have the GT-S the stock tires are much better then the 450's.

If you have the TRD springs for a while now then it's time to change out your shocks and struts.

Finally I think the 225's are a bit too wide for a 17x7 wheel. If you get new tires get 215/45

get the 555 extremes. those are good tires..

NT450's suck. I hate them with a passion. Someone screwed up and gave me a set with my wheel tire package and I was dumb enough to say oh well, I'll take 'em. Tires make a huge difference in the handling of your car -- replace the tires first. Make a decision on the struts later.

Did I remember to say they suck? Well lemme say it again, NT450s SUCK. :angry:
