I run 104 octane all the time trust me you will like it is expensive at $4.50 a gallon but hey run you 2-3 gallons of this stuff with some 93 and see the difference!! Later!!

No you might try going to some local stations and ask them if they know of anybody that seels 100+ octane race gas, there is only one place around me that sells it and I am just lucky to live close by it, but its probably more common at places than you think, you should especially be able to narrow your search by going to big truck stops that or any gas station that seems to sell as much diesel fuel as they do regular unleaded, I know that sounds weird but everytime I go to a truck stop and ask about race fuel they claim they have it so apparently checking these places might be helpful to you!! However I would still ask any gas station you are around they may be able to direct you somewhere!! Oh and one more thing just be careful, I have backed my car up to the pump a few times and put it right in but your not supposed to pump race fuel into a car like that, why I don't know but it is illegal to do so be careful!! Oh and one more thing you may try checking or calling your local or closest dragstrip they can definitely tell you where you can find some and often times they have it on site at dragways!! Goodluck to you!!

I read somewhere on these boards that you can make your own race fuel... someone threw up a recipe for it. anyone know what i'm talking about?

make sure the race gas is unleaded, other whise leaded gas will screw up your car eventually, most 100+ is leaded but i think Phillips 66 has a 100 octane unleaded you can order in a drum or usually a stock car shop or somehtink can order a drum.

will the celica mind if you change from 87 one day, to 92 another, to 93.5 and so on? Also, can you directly mix-in race fuel with whatever gas you already have in your tank?

Try union76, if you can find their website they have a station search on it and put race fuel as search criteria and you will find closest 76 with race fuel.

I use Sunoco 94 on the street and C-16 at the track

I'd be curious to see some dyno runs to back your claims.

yeah... unless you're running some nice FI, your GT isn't gonna see any difference.

a GTS would barely make any difference with race gas , the only advantage the GTS has over the GT in race gas is the higher compresion, just wanting to use race gas cause you think it will help is no problem solver, you only use race gas to prevent detonation, which may occur when using nitrous or other types of FI,i wouldnt recomend using race gas as a daily habbit, use it at the track or when you use your nitrous, mixing in race gas will help but its not accurate, try using octan booster then if your just gonna mix gas, its the same result.

is it okay to run nitrous with supreme gasoline? i'm currently using chevron gasonline.

... i don't see why not. all supreme really is is a higher octane.. and depending on the gas station, a couple more additives.
