Sideskirt Painting

I just got some Kaminari urethane sideskirts today, and I'm wondering: should I get them painted before I install them or should I install them and then get them painted?

I guess I'm worried about the paint getting chipped and / or cracked when I'm doing the install.

Any suggestions?

waaay easier to paint the skirts while they are off the car...just be a little more careful when you install them...do a dry fit first then take them off and paint.
