Crush Washers/ Alignment Cpecs

Now when I'm finally done with adjusting the ride height and the springs are broken in, it's time to align my GTS. So the question is: will I need crush washers, how many, what are part numbers(or specs), and what alignment specs do you guys reccomend. Any help will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks guys!

The crash bolt part #'s are as follows:
1 dot - 90105-15004
2 dot - 90105-15005
3 dot - 90105-15006

I'd just order 4 of the 3 dot (90105-15006) as they have the most adjustment ability. Remember just to tighten the sh*t out of them once the alignment is set (there have been more than one report of the bolts coming loose). Also don't expect to just run down to Toyota and purchase them off of the shelf. I tried to get all of mine the day of the alignment and ended up going to 3 dealerships just to gen enough bolts to do the job.

As for a good start piont for the alignment:

Front Camber -1.5 to -2 deg (recomended -1.8)
Toe 1/16 to 1/8 (recomended 1/16)
Rear camber -.75 to -1.3 deg (recomended -.75)
Toe 0
