Hey,

Does anyone else keep getting sent satisfaction surveys from Toyota?

I was getting them evey couple of months for a while. Then I gave them a really bad survey and didn't get another one for a long time - thought I had scared them off!

Then I got another one today.

Anyone else had this?

nah? sounds like the car yard you got the celica from is spamming you :)

i'd ring em up and whinge, or better yet, ring head office and tell them they're sending you unsolicited mail.

In the 2 yrs owning the Celica, i've received abt 4 surveys and replied to 2. Both were given very bad. The sales rep called me up but never offered anything. I've still got screeching cold starts, slow speed brake shudder and really loud rear suspension creeking noise over speed humps/driveways.

Tones - sounds like you should be taking your car to a dealer!

I'm gonna take mine in to Toyota this week to look at a couple of things. Nothing too serious:
- worn out seats
- skipping 6 stacker
- engine noise at idle (probably tensioner again!)

Probably won't even bother with things like the loud creaking and ridiculous level of wind noise created by the moonroof.

Want to get as many things fixed as possible before I sell it!
