well today i was driving and i was wondering why my oil light kept comming on and then going off and i was hearing some kind of noise comming from my motor....well i decided to take the car to a shop that my friends work at...they took a ride with me and said that it sounds like an oil problem i said the dealer just gave me an oil change like a day ago...they checked the dip stick and it turns out that the DEALER FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN my car....well if you know anything about cars they need oil to work...i was driving 203 miles with no oil...so now my mechanic friend said that it sounds like a bearing was spun inside the motor and i need a new one so tomorrow im going to the dealer to tell them that they are idiots...if anyone has any comments or suggestions please let me know now i would love to hear them...thanks for your time.

That's f##ckin impossible. what is this some commercial for slick 50 or something. You cant go that many miles with out any oil. No way. You would have siezed your motor a long time before that. did you not go above 15 miles per hr or something??? How is this even possible???

Whenever the oil light comes on, it is important to stop the engine IMMEDIATELY to avoid damage. If you would have, and added oil before restarting, you probably would have been okay.
As far as the dealer not adding oil, the oil light would have come on IMMEDIATELY after starting the car after the oil change, and never gone out. If the oil light was not on until several miles later, leads me to believe that the oil leaked out due to a loose drain plug or oil filter.
Regardless, whenever the oil light comes on, that indicates that there is no oil pressure, and you need stop the engine, again, IMMEDIATELY!
Unfortunately, because you decided to drive your car with no oil pressure, your engine is basically done for.:(

And to make things worse, I think that the Warranty has a specific clause that requires you to immediately stop driving the vehicle once the oil light comes on. Be careful how you confront the dealer and 'discuss' the problem, especially how many miles you drove after the light came on.
