factory fog lamps

I bought my Celica GT without choosing the option of fog lamps... but I now I want them because I feel like it gives the celica a more complete look... how much are they? would they be cheaper than the trds? thanks

They're about $289 each from the dealer, and that's just for the housing. You're better off just buying some aftermarket ones.

I am not sure of the price of the stock to TRD but i would guess that the TRD is more money. Also you could go aftermarket and save yourself money that way.

If you do the install yourself remember you have to wire in a relay for when you turn on your highbeams you foglights shut off. It is illegal to have your foglights and highbeams on at the same time. Hope that helps.

Go aftermarket. The TRD fogs (if you can find them) will run about $300. Toyota will charge you an arm and a leg for factory fog lights.

Hate to be the master of the obvious here but you can't use the TRD foglamps unless you have the action package front bumper for them to fit. The TRD lamps won't "fit" where the stock foglights are supposed to go. I guess you could try to ghetto rig the TRD lamps on the stock bumper but...I really don't think that would work.

Ok, thanks for your input guys. I'll look into aftermarket fog lamps then.... btw, any suggestions for a reliable brand?

I will have some stock foglights for sale soon...no wiring but the foglights themselves and the brackets/mounting, etc.

Also, the TRD foglights are $369 thats what I just paid for them.

buy stock foglights off people. in my opinion they do give off the complete look. dont settle for less because that's what you'll get.
