Is the injen cai carb legal?

how do you get a hold of carb legal papers?? id like to get one n keep it in my car.

Wouldn't vehicle emmissions certification be all thats required for engine mods?

good question, does the aem come with a carb legal sticker? I had an AEM CAI for my old civic, it came with a carb exempt number sticker.

Just got an email back from injen.


The Celica intake systems are pending CARB exemption. When they are
approved they will be 50-state legal and we will issue the CARB sticker to
existing customers with the Injen intake system.

That is wat i thought.... AEM is carb legal... but when i purchased my INJEN.. Larry told me it was not carb legal.... so what...... :D
