I haven't been on this forum in a while and just wanted to find out if anyone has found a way to clean the plastic resin moonroof without damaging it. They say you shouldn't use certain detergents and what not...

are you cleaning inside, outside, or the edge of it while its open?
i use windex on the outside, i dont leave it there for an hour, i spray and i wipe off with cotton towel, its not going to damage it unless you probably leave it on there for a long time to really soak. i have done this for half a year at least.
if you're worried, just use soap and water like they say on the moonroof label.

I use Zaino's car wash soap for the plastic and Vinylex for the rubber on the edges.
