The Pro kit is a 1.2" drop and the Sportline is a 2" drop. What handles better and gives a better ride?

Damn! Having the springs installed costs more than the springs do. $400 to have the springs installed.

what the ! 400 to install? That is total BS. whoever is trying to charge u that is like trying to play u for a fool. call around and ask for prices. It should be more than $200. if not, ask some people in this forum to do the install for u for some money. well, dont get them installed for $400!!

Lol, this reminds me of when I got my trd springs installed on my corolla. I went to the dealership (to ask for prices), and they gave me the modest price of $650...for the install. That's like over three times what I paied for the springs. Then I went to a local speed shop and they said $150, then I tried another and I settled with $120. I would have liked to do it myself, but I have no clue on how to do it, and at the time I had no tools of any kind (except a hammer) at my disposal. I'm not sure how far that hammer woulda gotten me... :)

i'm an automotive major and our last lab was to take out struts and then take the springs and everything else of the struts pretty easy, mainly becuse we have a spring compressor, but our teacher showed us some tool that can take the springs off and its like a "hand tool" i forgot the name of it though. and all this i wrote has almost nohin to do with this thread. oh well
