Changing transmission fluid

How difficult is this? I just got some Redline MT90 I want to put in and the dealer told me it will take an hour and a half and cost me $51. I don't trust taking it elsewhere and then having to worry about the panel under the engine falling off or something. Is it something I could do myself? How hard is it and what is involved. Thanks for any help you can provide.
