trunk too heavy

I don't think this is a performace question, so here it goes:

My trunk shocks were pretty poopy as it was, but now with a new spoiler, it's too heavy to stay open on its own. Anybody know of a product to prop their trunk up?

I'm envisioning a telescopic pole of some sort. Thanks.

stronger hatch struts. or yours may have worn out. i had mine replaced because they wore out. they make diff. strengthes depending if you have a spoiler and a rear wiper.
