They messed up my international order real good. They told me it was shipped, while it never really shipped. It took them one month to realise that after my emails. The problem was, they never received my payment while I transfered the money from my account.

Hopefully they will sort this out now.

they shipped my shifter today and resolved the mess quickly. they apologised and tried their best to send it to me as quicly as possible after realizing their mistake.
