ok I know everyone hates it when people say "rice" becuz there's no real definition for it....
well I think people use 'rice' to indicate something done not in their taste and not very good to look at....
I have seen one of the WORST cases of this so called "rice" violoation... well my opinion..
It was a 99-2001 model BMW 3-series (non-M3) coupe with:
chrome washer lights (green)
and an arospeed CF wing (aluminum style)
also note: the color was silver
now IN MY OPINION, i think a BMW has more class then this. I would never let washer lights 2 miles near my celica, nevertheless a BMW... i just felt awkward seeing it...
do any of you have "rice" stories about classy cars???

yeah true, there is no real definition and i think in the end its a matter of taste and priorities... and I've seen 3.20diesels kitted as an M3... my god... and ur right bout the GT wing... whats the deal most people don't even use it, maybe they want to show everyone that their car is so fast that it needs that wing so i doesn't take off :) also im my opp, i can't stand those cars in fnf... argh... its funny how they put GT wings for quarter milers :) they color blind or something, such ugly colors!

Yea I was down in Philly last night off of Arimingo and I saw an IS300 with full kit and like 20" and it had a Konig V-Racing Aluminum wing and Windshield washer lights. I almost cried.

I saw a dope dealer back home that bought a 1993 Viper and put a double stacked wing on it... - the ones they have in jc whitney. why? he could have at least gotten a less widely used wings.. custom or something

I wonder if guys like these have girlfriends with implants.
After all they do stuff like that to their cars in order to make them "better".. same theory must hold for their girls!

It all comes down to personal taste. Some people I'm sure think Blitz front ends, Altezza lights (on other cars) and neons in your hood are complete rice. Be happy with what you want to do, but be ready to deal with criticism if others think your car looks ridiculous.

The first and only time I saw "wheel lights".
I later found them on eBay. Man, I wouldn't let those things near my 300ZX within a 5 mile radius!
I remember that they were a blue/turquoise/green light that was spinning on an older Lexus ES300. Looked disgusting. To top that it had some red washer LED lights and red rear lights to illuminate the rear plate.
This was on I-93 just north of Boston, and he was like three lanes away from me, and then he noticed me, got next to me, started moving back and forth for a mile or so, trying to get me going.
So I was the big man...and I raced him, more like embarass him and his ugly girlfriend. I think he took a Woburn exit. Hahaha.
Sorry about that.
