Am I Crazy?

When I look at a new thread I start, it doesent let me see up to date post's or replies. Why? It also wont let me edit the subject.Please Help Me!
Also why is the Arrow pointing down showing up on my threads, and not the others? Do I just have to adjust some settings?

you cannot edit the title yourself even if you started a thread only a mod or admin can do this for you

what do u mean by it does let you see replies by up to date?

Sometimes it will say 0 replies and 4 views
Other times it will say 6 replies and 60 views,Then I click the subject and it doesent let me see any replies.
I dont Know I could be going crazy!
