Koni Shocks- How to tune them for a Celica...?

I recently purchased Koni's, and have no clue how to tune them to street spec...anyone know how?? My streets are mostly smooth, with the exception of the city where it gets really bumpy. How do i know how much dampening or softening is sufficient????

At full soft, they are a little stiffer than stock. Stiffen the fronts 1/2 turn at a time until your teeth rattle then back off 1/2 turn for the street. We haven't had much oportunity to really test settings on ours for AX yet, running the fronts full stiff at the moment.
