well I finally traded in my Celi..really got tired of how slow it was and how small and inconvenient it was for me, my daughter, and my wife..got me a '03 Nissan Maxima SE 3.5 V6 255hp 246lb ft of torque w/ Titanium Package and HID's..color is Grey Lustre (like a Gunmetal color)I love it already..this thing has soo much power..you can feel the gobs of TORQUE!!I dont even have to stomp on the gas to get it goin..I didnt even know I was already at 80mph when I got on the highway...I'll post pics as soon as I get to...miss the Celica a little bit but had to part ways with it for now...maybe in the future when Toyota has enough sense to add some HP and Torque to their Celicas, I might change my mind!

Nice. I drove a new maxima se as a rental and it made good power and handled suprisingly well considering its size and weight. Great sporty family car. :)

Uh....maybe if you had bought a GT-S (6-sp), you wouldn't complain about how slow the car and how it lacked HP? The car was build small for a purpose, but I have to agree with you and that it is very small inside. I too wish it was a bit roomier....like the RSX.

I'm getting rid of my Celica in like 6 months. Can't freaking stand using it to commute everyday, seats are too low and not supporting for those who spend hours in the car, plus it's totally unacceptable when you have 2 others in the back seat.

Anyway, congrats on your new car.
