stock alarm install diffculty

My family's getting a new Rav4 and it doesn't have the VIP3200 and i was wondering how hard the install for that was? For some reason its the Rav4 S, yet it doesn't have that and i was thinking of doing the install myself if its not too difficult

Plan on spending a couple of days and tearing your entire lower dash apart to install it.........

I wouldn't say it is difficult, but you have a LOT of wiring harnesses to plug into various spots.
