is there anyway to fit a 5x114 wheel on our cars?

Yeah, you could try something like this...

its an adapter that goes between your hub and the wheel. One thing you will have to take into consideration is the offset of the wheel because the thickness of the adapter will make the wheel stick out more which can be compensated for with a larger wheel offset. What is the offset of the wheels your friend is selling you?

Only, if the wheels are drilled for both 114.3 & 100 mm. There are wheels taht are drilled that way.

im thinking these wouldnt work. and if they did, your wheels would be WAY out past the fender. because these would have to bolt onto the existing bolts right? and then what, do you saw off the bolts to make them flush? they are kinda long...then the wheel bolts on to the new bolts...im thinking the difficult part is making the existing 5 bolts sit flush with the spacer/adapter. spacers on the other hand jus overlay right?

don't do it.. just pass up the deal and look for the right size rims.. you'll save yourself alot of problems.

thanx for the info guys, i decided to hold off and look at another deal. I might be getting the SSR GT-1's in 18's for 800 with tires in our bolt pattern. He said the tires are unevenly worn but that can be fixed. They are coming off an accord and he said when he looked at the rim it has 5x100 on them.
