ok dont flame me i just feel into temptation today at walmart and had to get myself some neons to see how i would like them..just a little experiment :)

but my question is where is a good spot to wire these into that has enough power to run 2 10inch neons and two smaller 9 inch neons???? to where i can turn them off easy in case of a cop???

or they say they have built in small volt transformers so does that mean i can wire them straight to my battery and just use a switch???

you can wire em almost anywhere. they take VERY little current. any kinda power supply would work. a common choice would probalby be the cig lighter wire.

hardwire it to the cigarette lighter fuse.

clone gts has an install on it here. (http://clonegts.com/mods/neon_install/index.htm)

I ran mine to my cigarette fuse and to a switch. It is not hard at all.

i think i am gonna run them to the cigarette fuse tomarow...but is this correct: you run the wires to the cig fuse and then do you splice your switch into those same wires and then run a ground straight from the switch to the ground????

Don't do it like the diagram on the site says. No offense to Clone, but the switch should be in line in the positive (+) wire not the negative. It should be from the neon - negative (-) to ground point (metal on the chassis) close to the tube and positive to the switch and then off the switch to the power supply.

its the same thing. i prefer to use ground switches as well. its less messing with the main power supply.
