factory style packages?

What is the difference between a 2003 celica with a TRD package featured at toyota.ca and a 2003 celica featured at toyota.com with the "action package" other then one is from the american site and one from the canadian?? Also do they look different? Is the action package only availible in the states and the toyota trd thing only availible in canada? also what does TRD stand for. and if there is a difference in the look between that TRD package and the Action package can i see some pics of which is which because right now im completely confused.

TRD= Toyota Racing Development. The action package and the
TRD Kit is one in the same. The newcelica.org banner at the top of
the screen shows a white celica with the action package/trd kit.

the pics on that canadian site of the action package look exactly how my car looks...nothing different.
