Factory Anti Theft???

Does anyone know where the Factory anti theft module is located in the 7th Gen??....I have a Remote Start on my car and everytime i want to remote start it i have to turn on my blinker so the car will start....Is there a way that i can just unplug the Factory module and then plug it back in when i want to?? thanks

If you have the VIP alarm, you can't just unplug it. Your locks won't work and your car won't start. There is one plug with 5 wires in it. If you look at it, there are two sets of wires that are the same colors. Just connect the common colors on that one harness. Leave the other one alone. If you do that, then you can just pull the alarm.

a Crime Stopper alarm from factory? Did you buy the car used or did the dealer put an aftermarket alarm on your car?

no i bought the car from a dealer with no alarm but they did leave the factory anti theft on where i have to turn on my blinker to turn on the car and to remote start the car i have to leave my blinker on so the car will start
