Upper Strut Bar.
Very easy mod on the wallet and time spent for the install. It provides an additional bar of structural ridgedarity to the car. It also proportionates loads from turns. Basically helps keep the car flat on the asphault. Steering response should be improved and higher-speed cornering will improve a little.
You would need to have a larger anti-sway bar (front and rear) and a rear strut tower bar to have significant results and feel.
I think they cost anywhere from $120 for a decent one, to $190 for a Rod Millen one.
I'm not familiar with the Blitz intake for Celicas, but if its a different induction system like the Injen or the AEM, then it would replace the whole Toyota factory air-intake box all together to provide a less restricted air flow into the intake chambers. To see any real HP gains, you might want to get a less restrictive cat-back exhaust too, but those will cost more than double of a conventional aftermarket air intake setup (450-600).
I would consider tossing that TRD filter out and put the aftermarket one in, especially if you want to the exhaust mod later, you'd be glad that you did if you care about performance gains (as well as some better gas mileage; marginal though.)

Only one can be used. The TRD filter will replace the stock filter in the stock airbox. An intake system will replace the filter, airbox, butterfly what have you.
